Clean vs. dirty: Whether brass is tumbled or still has range dirt, the buy rate does not change. You get the posted price either way.
Steel content: On rare occasions steel content is over 10%. When that happens, the buy price is reduced by $0.25 per pound on both pickup and delivery.
